Mike Marchetta has served as New Life's lead pastor since 2013.

Lisa Marchetta serves as the Children's Director at New Life. Lisa is married to her husband, Mike. Lisa loves her family and pets.
Zach Kutz - Youth Director
Zach Kutz joined the New Life Community Church leadership team in 2020 as the leader of youth ministry. Zach also is a member of the church board.
Davana Boushele - Worship Pastor
Davana Boushele joined the New Life Community Church leadership team in 2020 as the pastor of worship ministry. Davana also helps out with a local college ministry
Kevin Peterson - Communicatons Director
Kevin Peterson joined the New Life Community Church leadership team in 2020 as the communications director. Kevin is currently in charge of production aspects on Sunday mornings.
