Mike Marchetta has served as New Life's Lead Pastor since 2013. He has a soft spot for peanut M&M's

Lisa Marchetta serves as the Children's Director at New Life. Lisa is married to her husband, Mike. Lisa loves her family and pets.
Zach Kutz - Youth Director
Zach Kutz joined the New Life Community Church leadership team in 2023 as the Executive Administrator. He also is a leader of the youth ministry.
Davana Boushele - Worship Pastor
Davana Boushele joined the New Life Community Church leadership team in 2020 as the Pastor of worship ministry. Davana also helps out with a local college ministry
Kevin Peterson - Communication Director
Kevin Peterson joined the New Life Community Church leadership team in 2020 as the Communications Director. Kevin is currently in charge of production aspects on Sunday mornings.
